Hispanic Heritage Month video campaign

While at UCF, I noticed there wasn’t any content focused on the Hispanic demographic and that was very concerning because UCF is an HSI (Hispanic Serving Institution) yet didn’t share any updated/new content for the Latinx community. All of that changed when I was able to coordinate a Hispanic Heritage Month video series featuring 8 students from different Hispanic organizations on campus. I created this video series from start to finish, from pitching the idea internally to our team to reaching out to RSO’s, to coordinating the filming schedule, filming and editing the video and posting the video with a caption I wrote as well. The video series was divided into 5 weeks and received more than 115,000 views on social media.
